Kim Cole

Realtor

I take real estate (but not myself) very seriously.

I moved from Minnesota to the East Bay 23 years ago. I knew I was home the minute I got here. There was the weather, of course. And the abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables. The urban forest with trails galore welcomed me.

I bought my first home in Oakland, a 900 square foot bungalow with a yard for my dog. It’s where my daughter was born, where I fostered kitties, where I organized block parties and garage sales.

I love where I live and I want you to, too.

Helping others find their place here in the East Bay, or helping sellers pass their homes on to others, deepens my connection to this amazing part of the world. Real estate, for me, is about service to people and the community.

Some of the things I brought with me from Minnesota: are my upbeat, easy-going attitude, my straightforward style, and my ability to not take myself too seriously. These qualities inform how I work with buyers and sellers. I have developed a process that is transparent, collaborative, and personal in a way that makes my clients feel confident as they move through their real estate journey.

I have a deep understanding of the East Bay market. I combine close analysis of market trends, knowledge of the inventory, and relationships with other agents in a way that can only be gained from boots on the ground. I see the homes that make up the statistics. I talk to the agents that sell those homes. I combine data, personal expertise, and relationships to give my clients an edge.

I take a unique approach to every client and property I work with. And I never forget for one minute that any real estate transaction is not about me, but about you.
