One of the most important aspects of selling a house is the photography. It is the first time a potential buyer is introduced to the home. It sets the stage for how they will feel when they walk through the door. Will it be the first home on their tour list or their last?
Staging and a good photographer are the key. I have an amazing team but ultimately I make the final decisions as to what photographs to use and what they should look like.
The company that I use has started including a new feature in their photography packages. They photoshop a burning fire in the fireplace. Honestly, I am not really sure how I feel about it so I am going to ask you. What do you think? Do you like that? Should I include the roaring fire in the photos I post online? Let me know.
